I'm going to be posting another one today or tomorrow and I think it might be able to help give you a different frame of mind about the whole. The shortened version? Don't beat yourself up every time you binge. You've already recognized that you have a problem, so the binges you have now should be used as a learning experience. I know that sounds cliche, but if you start to steps to move on from the binge immediately after it happens (instead of letting it derail your whole day, like I used to) I think you'll find that it becomes less and less tempting as time goes on.<br /><br />Stay tuned for more info on my blog and PLEASE feel free to email me anytime you have questions about binge eating--I've been through it all myself and it's not easy to do alone! :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
